Our fees
Fees are determined by the length and complexity of the consultation. The out-of-pocket cost is what you pay after Medicare returns your rebate — usually to your bank account within one to two business days.

Medicinal Cannabis consult: $150 if you are referred by a doctor within our clinic, or $200 if you are new to the clinic. Your doctor will confirm the fee before or during your consultation.

Concessions and bulk billing
- Discounted rates apply for pensioners and Health Care Card holders.
- DVA patients and children 15 years and under are bulk billed on weekdays.
- NO BULK BILLING ON WEEKENDS
Procedures
Fees for skin excisions, biopsies, wound repairs and wart treatment depend on the site, size and complexity of the work. Your doctor will discuss the cost with you before proceeding.
Payment
We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card. Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
Referrals and repeat scripts
These require an appointment, either in person or by phone.
Transfer of medical records
We do not charge a fee for requesting your records from a previous practice when you join us. Your former practice may charge its own fee for sending them, which is set by that practice and payable to them directly.
A fee of $38.50 (including GST) applies when you ask us to send your records out to another clinic or provider. This covers the cost of collating, checking and securely transferring your record. Payment is required before the transfer is processed, and we ask that you allow two to three weeks for it to be completed.
